Data Collection

SES' data benchmarking strategy model consists of five phases:

• Phase I - Pre-Exercise survey
• Phase II - Development of Exercise Scenario
• Phase II - Development of Assessment Report and Improvement Plan
• Phase IV - Post Exercise Survey
• Phase V - Multi-Year Exercise Testing

All phases are recommended but not required... a full approach yields comparative data over time, benchmarked to a national database which allows for inter-organizational and intra-organizational comparisons.
