SES Produces assessment reports and improvement plans for the contracted client that meet all Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines. These reports and their imbedded plans indentify measured and perceived gaps in preparedness performance, They are a combination of After Action Report (AAR) and both post-exercise hot wash, collected survey and data elements benchmarked against accreditation standards and consensus preparedness measures. Reports can be individually customized to specific client needs. The reports serve as an excellent information service to support preparedness plan improvements and strategies for future implementation.
